AquaTank

The AquaTank is the perfect compact solution for both permanent and temporary bulk chemical storage when an IBC simply isn’t large enough. The AquaTank is available in sizes ranging from 1.5 m³ to 60 m³. Each unit comes equipped with a 110% bund and a weatherproof shroud for added protection. For permanent installations, the AquaTank can be integrated with the AquaMod dosing package, or paired with the AquaMax or AquaCab systems to create a complete, ready-to-deploy temporary dosing solution.

Standard Features

• Bunded storage tank option that can be installed outside, local to the Point of Application or an AquaMax or AquaCab.
• The AquaTank is designed to BS EN 12573 category 2 and constructed from UV Stable Polypropylene or HDPE.
• Capacities of 1.5m3 to 60m3 can be provided, other sizes of AquaTank available on request.
• Bund capacity 110% tank storage capacity, bund provided with weather shroud.
• Tank design rated to accept deliveries of 40^°C.
• Bund level switch which can be wired back to a control panel or fill point.
• Ultrasonic level monitoring, 4-20mA can be wired back to a control panel or fill point.
• Outlet and drain valves provided with extension spindles to allow access from outside the bund flood level.
• 100NB tank overflow into the tank bund, fitted with water trap if required.
• 150NB tank vent to atmosphere, can be supplied with a fume scrubber if chemical characteristics require.
• 50NB Tank outlet and drain outlet within the bund.
• 100NB containment flange on tank outlet.
• Tank outlet pipework dual contained electro fusion PE with PVC-U inner.
• Level hard standing required for the total footprint of the tank bund – pad to be +/-2mm/m² & +/-5mm/m² across the span.
• A full hydrostatic test is carried out after installation to confirm the integrity of the AquaTank tank and bund.
