The AquaMax Lime is an incredibly versatile temporary or emergency dosing application, the system can provide independent duty standby or duty duty dosing via two off peristaltic dosing pumps, each with a continuous dose rating of up to 1000l/h at 10Bar. The system is available to safely dose Lime slurry along with other suspended mediums, and this is all packaged within a compact 8ft x 8ft steel container. The container is insulated and plastic lined, allowing the area to be easily cleaned and washed down as required. This system is easy to setup, ‘Plug & Play’ temporary dosing, either integrating into the on-site control signals or via the local PLC controlled variable speed drives.
The compact container footprint offers flexibility when available site space is limited, also the package system can be positioned via a telehandler where offloading is restricted. Aquazone’s rental stock provides an efficient and effective delivery programme, with the option for repair & routine maintenance to be covered under the Aquazone Hire Agreement.
Dosing Block
The selection of peristaltic pumps for dosing suspended solids offers unparallel levels of operation over alternative dosing methods, this style of pump also provides a more linear and smoother transition of the product, reducing the likelihood of pulsation and acceleration of the medium – all helping to maintain product suspension, a local flowmeter is installed to provide flow verification and monitoring. A motive water injection point is supplied as standard, supplied with local check and isolation valve along with a process flow validation.
