AquaCatch – Submersible

The AquaCatch – Submersible is a robust chemical dosing line catchpot with integrated leak detection that can be installed within a flooded environment, designed to integrate into either a new cross site installation or an existing dosing network. The PVC-U catchpot is watertight and can be installed within a flooded chamber or non-flooded areas.

Standard Features

• Constructed from chemically compatible PVC-U.
• Containment pipework provided with leak detection.
• Bunded AquaCatch – submersible is provided with removable union ends to aid inspection.
• Local level switch junction box provided to aid site installation.
• Catchpot drain point with lockable valve handle.
• Supplied with industry leading, highly durable and chemically resistant PVC-U PN16 pipework, fittings, solvent cement and valves.
• Dual contained inlet and outlet connections to maintain containment integrity.
• Supplied base mounted as standard, GRP wall mounting frames optional.
• As standard, process pipework supplied to BS 1710 with banding sized to suit pipework.
• Full Factory Test in accordance with WIMES 8.02.
• Digital safe operations & maintenance manual along OEM data sheets/manuals for the provided equipment and instruments.
