The AquaPOA is a robust flow validation and leak detection Point of Application cabinet, designed to integrate into either a new installation or an existing dosing network. The system is configurable to safely monitor a variety of chemicals. The cabinet can be wall mounted, provided with a GRP frame, or supplied within a GRP weatherproof enclosure.

Standard Features

• Constructed from chemically compatible polypropylene.
• Containment bund provided with leak detection.
• Compartment inlet and outlet isolation for safe operation and maintenance.
• Local process drain point to aid maintenance.
• Bunded cabinet is provided with a lockable lift off secondary screen.
• Local control marshalling box provided to aid site installation.
• Bund drain point with lockable valve handle.
• Supplied with industry leading, highly durable and chemically resistant PVC-U PN16 pipework, fittings, solvent cement and valves.
• Pressure loading valve to maintain line pressure and prime during inactivity.
• Dual contained inlet and outlet connections to maintain containment integrity.
• Supplied wall mounted as standard, frames and GRP enclosures optional.
• As standard, process pipework identification to BS 1710 with banding sized to suit pipework.
• Full Factory Test in accordance with WIMES 8.02.

Configurable Features

• Provided with a Flowmeter, Flow Switch or No Process Validation.
• Supported on a UV stable GRP Frame.
• Mounted within a GRP Enclosure 1800W x 800D x 1700H.
• GRP Enclosure provided with local internal lighting and frost protection.
• Standard GRP Enclosure colour, Holly Green, other colours available upon request.
• Non-security and security rated kiosks available.
• The AquaMod POA can be customised to suit customer or industry requirements, this includes adding customer logos or chemical specific colours or identifiers.
