The AquaCab is an ideal ‘Plug & Play’ chemical dosing kiosk designed to integrate into an existing dosing network, or for use as a standalone packaged chemical dosing system. The system is configurable to safely dose a variety of chemicals. The system can be wall-mounted or supported on a GRP frame, and can be supplied within a GRP weatherproof enclosure or as part of a complete Aquazone GRP Kiosk storage & dosing package.

- Segregated compartment bunds provided with a sloped base to improve drainage and clean-up.
- Compartment double inlet and outlet isolation for safe operation and maintenance.
- Remote pump controller located outside the wet area to aid pump setup and fault finding (ProMinent Sigma pumps).
- Supplied with either ProMinent or Grundfos digital dosing pumps.
- Each compartment provided with lift out secondary screening.
- Calibration tube provided for pump drop test calibrations and to aid priming. The calibration tube configuration allows for forced filling via the dosing pumps.
- To improve operational & treatment safety the cabinet process configuration enables pump calibrations to be looped back to the bulk tank or to a local reservoir to be later dosed into process.
- Supplied with industry leading, highly durable and chemically resistant PVC-U PN16 pipework, fittings, solvent cement and valves.
- Bund float switch is provided within every compartment.
- Overpressure switch on the pump discharge to electronically protect the process equipment.
- Secondary overpressure protection, mechanical relief valve provided for each pump discharge, looped to the pump suction side.
- Full Factory Test in accordance with WIMES 8.02.
- Conformity to the Machinery Directive.
