AquaDose 8K – Temporary Dosing System

The AquaDose 8K is an incredibly versatile temporary or emergency application with 8,000 litres storage capacity, available to safely dose a variety of chemicals, all packaged within a 20ft ISO container. Each container is insulated and plastic lined allowing the area to be easily cleaned and washed down if required. This system is an easy to setup ‘Plug & Play’ temporary dosing system with repair & routine maintenance being covered under the Aquazone Hire Agreement.

Standard Features

• Insulated and plastic lined 20ft ISO container.
• Aquazone temporary hire equipment has the option to be fitted with remote monitoring, if the option is enabled this will allow the plant to be monitored remotely by Aquazone who can notify or respond as necessary to any identified faults.
• Bunded 8,000 litres storage capacity, rectangular storage tank to utilise the available space, the tank is designed and constructed to BS EN 12573.
• Enclosed fill point with secondary screening, 2” Table D flange and fill point panel.
• Local fill point and dosing area lighting, heating and ventilation is provided.
• Fully segregated AquaCab polypropylene dosing cabinet, resistant to the selected chemical, complete with secondary screening.
• Pipework dual contained from the storage tank to the dosing cabinet entry.
• Option for the AquaDose 8K dosing cabinet to have 4 dosing controls, accessible via the Aquazone control panel HMI, Flow Proportional, Diurnal, Fixed and Remote; for Flow Proportional a works flowmeter 4-20mA input is required by others.
• An IP67 400VAC 63A plug provided to connect to the site power supply.
• Optional portable self-contained emergency shower.
• Digital safe operations & maintenance manual along with OEM data sheets/manuals for the provided equipment and instruments
