AquaMax

The AquaMax is the perfect ‘Plug & Play’ temporary dosing solution for larger bulk storage requirements, configurable to safely dose a variety of chemicals to a single point of application, all packaged within an 8ft container. The container is insulated and plastic lined allowing the area to be easily cleaned and washed down as required. The AquaMax can be connected to an existing bulk storage tank, or it can be supplied with a Bunded AquaTank, there is also the capability to connect two bulk tanks via the dual fill point arrangement, if a greater storage volume is required.

Aqamax Standard Features:

• Insulated and plastic lined 8ft x 8ft container.
• Aquazone temporary hire equipment has the option to be fitted with remote monitoring, if the option is enabled this will allow the plant to be monitored remotely by Aquazone who can notify or respond as necessary to any identified faults.
• Enclosed fill point with secondary screening, 2” Table D flange and fill point panel.
• Local fill point and dosing area lighting, heating and ventilation is provided: fill point panel is for configuration to a Bunded AquaTank.
• Fully segregated AquaCab polypropylene dosing cabinet, resistant to the selected chemical, complete with secondary screening.
• Dual contained from the container wall to the dosing cabinet entry.
• Dosing can be either controlled via the local control panel or in hand via the local pump controls.
• 4 dosing control options on the control panel mounted HMI, Flow Proportional, Diurnal, Fixed and Remote; for Flow Proportional a works flowmeter 4-20mA input is required by others.
• Forced ventilation with traffic light entry to clear the area of any chemical fumes prior to entry.
• An IP67 400VAC 63A plug provided to connect to the site power supply.
• A gland plate is provided to allow any field cables to enter or exit the AquaMax.
• Optional portable self-contained emergency shower.
• Digital safe operations & maintenance manual along with OEM data sheets/manuals for the provided equipment and instruments.
