AquaCube

The AquaCube is a versatile Plug & Play duty dosing system that can safely dose a variety of chemicals. The system can be connected to either IBC’s or bulk tanks, and is ideal for short term and emergency dosing. Aquazone can provide Bunded IBC’s and Bunded storage tanks as required.

Standard Features

• Portable weatherproof polypropylene enclosure, resistant to chemicals, and complete with viewing window.
• The enclosure can either be base mounted or hooked onto an IBC frame.
• ProMinent or Grundfos digital dosing pumps available.
• Supplied with industry leading, highly durable and chemically resistant PVC-U PN16 pipework, fittings, solvent cement and valves.
• Inlet and outlet isolation valves, discharge loading valve and mechanical pressure relief to suction side.
• Dosing pump drain & flushing valves.
• The pump can be configured for diurnal dosing via the pump user interface (Grundfos).
• Dosing pumps allow for manual or auto operation modes with 4-20mA flow proportional control signals via an analogue input.
• Capable of dosing up to 120l/h over 200m of 12.5mmID dual contained dosing hose with a 25mmID PVC outer containment.
• Leaks drain back to the cabinet where it will be detected by the level switch and inhibit the dosing pump.
• Supplied with 3m of dual contained suction line; suction line is provided with a foot valve.
• Option to be customised to suit customer or industry requirements, this includes adding customer logos or chemical specific colours or identifiers.
• Provided with a local IP67 isolator with an IP67 16A 230VAC plug on a 2m flying lead (option for IP67 16A 110VAC).
• All products are factory tested and inspected prior to being dispatched.
• The AquaCube can either be hired or purchased.
