AquaDose 20K4

The AquaDose 20K4 is an incredibly versatile temporary or emergency application with 20,000 litres storage capacity across 4 tanks. The standard system is available to safely dose a variety of chemicals, and this is all packaged within a 40ft ISO High Cube Tunnel container, the tunnel container along with local inspection hatches in the container wall all provide greater visibility. The container is insulated, and plastic lined allowing the area to be easily cleaned and washed down if required.

The AquaDose 20K4 is supplied with 4 off 5,000L working capacity bulk storage tanks, tanks are located within a 110% polypropylene bund all within the container footprint. The storage tank overflows are supplied with level monitored fume traps and the container has 3 off ventilation fans to ensure the atmosphere is cleared regularly. The container is insulated and plastic lined, allowing the area to be easily cleaned and washed down as required. The system is designed to be “plug and play” and can be commissioned swiftly, offering effective process treatment rapidly following delivery, with repair & routine maintenance being covered under the Aquazone Hire Agreement.

• Aquazone temporary hire equipment has the option to be fitted with remote monitoring, if the option is enabled this will allow the plant to be monitored remotely by Aquazone and notify or respond as necessary to any identified faults.
• Bunded 20,000 litres storage capacity, 4 off 5,000 litre storage tanks to utilise the available space.
• Storage tanks operate as a single volume, each tank is provided with a dedicated motorised outlet valve to enable remote isolation.
• Enclosed fill point with secondary screening, 2” Table D flange and fill point panel.
• Local fill point and dosing area lighting, heating and ventilation is provided.
• Fully segregated AquaCab polypropylene dosing cabinet, resistant to the selected chemical, complete with secondary screening.
• Pipework dual contained from the storage tank to the dosing cabinet entry.
• Option for the AquaDose 20K4 dosing cabinet to have 4 dosing controls, accessible via the Aquazone control panel HMI, Flow Proportional, Diurnal, Fixed and Remote; for Flow Proportional a works flowmeter 4-20mA input is required by others.
• An IP67 400VAC 63A plug provided to connect to the site power supply.
• Optional portable self-contained emergency shower.
