AquaDose Transfer

The AquaDose Transfer system is suitable for temporary and emergency applications requiring either larger dose rates or transfer requirements, capable of safely dosing a variety of chemicals. The system is packaged within a 20ft ISO container. The container is insulated and plastic lined allowing the area to be easily cleaned and washed down if required. The system is an easy to setup ‘Plug & Play’ temporary dosing system with repair & routine maintenance being covered under the Aquazone Hire Agreement.

Standard Features

• Insulated and plastic lined 20ft ISO container.
• 5 bunded pumps configured in series to provide either maximum transfer rate or resilience for duty redundancy dosing.
• Each dosing pump is rated to provide a maximum flow rate of 940l/h.
• The system has the built-in option to be connected to a service water supply and to provide motive water via multistage booster pump.
• Polypropylene cabinet resistant to the selected chemical, the cabinet is complete with secondary screening; doors removable following a safe isolation of the compartment.
• The AquaDose Transfer pumps can be set to run fixed via a remote start stop or flow proportional via a 4-20mA input.
• An IP67 400VAC 63A plug provided to connect to the site power supply.
• Local area lighting, heating and ventilation is provided.
• Optional portable self-contained emergency shower.
• Digital safe operations & maintenance manual along with OEM data sheets/manuals for the provided equipment and instruments
