AquaDose Lime

The AquaDose Lime is an incredibly versatile temporary or emergency application. The system is capable of suppling two dosing streams via 4 off peristaltic dosing pumps operating duty standby, with the pumps having a continuous dose rating of 4,500l/h, and the plant is equipped with a fully automated water flushing system to reduce downtime.  The system is available to safely dose Lime slurry along with other suspended mediums, all packaged within a 20ft ISO container. The container is insulated, and plastic lined allowing the area to be easily cleaned and washed down if required. This system is an easy to setup ‘Plug & Play’ temporary dosing system with repair & routine maintenance being covered under the Aquazone Hire Agreement.

Standard Features

• Designed to connect with either existing lime slurry tanks or hired in conjunction with an AquaTank with agitator.
• Insulated and plastic lined 20ft ISO container.
• Aquazone temporary hire equipment has the option to be fitted with remote monitoring, if the option is enabled this will allow the plant to be monitored remotely by Aquazone who can notify or respond as necessary to any identified faults.
• 4 off 4,500l/h peristaltic dosing pumps operating duty standby; pumps controlled via dedicated variable speed drives.
• Fully automated duty changeover water flushing sequence to reduce likelihood of downtime.
• Local pump overpressure monitoring and drip trays with level monitoring.
• Area lighting, heating and ventilation is provided.
• All pressurised pipework is provided with secondary screening.
• Pipework provided with multiple break points to aid maintenance.
• Container hook up via camlock, 2” chemical supply & dosing, and 1” water supply.
• The AquaDose Lime is provided with 4 dosing controls, accessible via the Aquazone control panel HMI, Flow Proportional, Diurnal, Fixed and Remote; for Flow Proportional a works flowmeter 4-20mA input is required by others.
• An IP67 400VAC 63A plug provided to connect to the site power supply.
• Optional portable self-contained emergency shower.
• Digital safe operations & maintenance manual along with OEM data sheets/manuals for the provided equipment and instruments.
