The AquaDose 5K2 – Standard is supplied with 2 off 2,500L spiral wound HDPE bulk storage tanks, the tanks are located within a 110% HDPE bund all within the 20ft container footprint. The storage tank overflows are supplied with level monitored fume traps, and the container is supplied with ventilation to ensure the atmosphere is cleared regularly. The container is insulated and provided with heating to maintain a consistent operating temperature. The walls are plastic lined, allowing the area to be easily washed down and cleaned as required. The system is designed to be offloaded and commissioned swiftly, offering immediate and effective process treatment following delivery, with the option for repair & routine maintenance to be covered under the Aquazone Hire Agreement.

Standard Features

  • Insulated and plastic lined 20ft ISO Tunnel container.
  • Aquazone temporary hire equipment has the option to be fitted with remote monitoring, if the option is enabled this will allow the plant to be monitored remotely by Aquazone and notify or respond as necessary to any identified faults.
  • Bunded 5,000 litres storage capacity, 2 off 2,500 litre storage tanks to utilise the available space.
  • Storage tanks operate as a single balanced volume, each tank is provided with a dedicated motorised outlet valve to enable remote isolation.
  • Enclosed fill point with 2” Table D flange and fill point panel.
  • Local fill point and dosing area lighting, heating and ventilation is provided.
  • Fully segregated AquaCab polypropylene dosing cabinet, resistant to a variety of chemicals, complete with secondary screening.
  • Pipework contained from the storage tank to the dosing cabinet entry.
  • Option for the AquaDose 5K2 – Standard dosing cabinet to have 4 dosing controls, accessible via the Aquazone control panel HMI, Flow Proportional, Diurnal, Fixed and Remote; for Flow Proportional a works flowmeter 4-20mA input is required.
  • An IP67 400VAC 63A plug provided to connect to the site power supply.
  • Optional portable self-contained emergency shower.
  • Digital safe operations & maintenance manual along with OEM data sheets/manuals for the provided equipment and instruments.
