With a dedicated GRP fabrication area within our production facility offering controlled and managed cutting and assembly, Aquazone can provide in-house designed and manufactured modular GRP frames & access platforms. These GRP products are designed and evaluated to industry design and structural standards, and the Aquazone developed modular approach allows us to supply efficient and effective GRP frames and platforms for either the Aquazone product range or as part of a tailored on-site solution.

Standard Features

• Constructed from chemically compatible GRP extrusions.
• Modular GRP Frames for AquaCab, AquaPOA’s, Catchpots and AquaFill.
• Standard AquaMod external access steps & platforms.
• All fixings and brackets 316/A4 Stainless Steel.
• Access platforms designed in accordance with BS EN 14122 & WIMES 9.02.
• Structurally evaluated in line with BS EN 14122 & BS EN 1991-1-1.
• GRP profiles to BS EN 13706
• All structures prefabricated and delivered partly or fully assembled.
• On-site assembly and installation available.
