The AquaDose Polymer is designed to meet this wider operational need by providing a fully self-contained, temporary polymer make-up and dosing solution that can be deployed quickly when additional treatment capacity or emergency support is required. Housed within an insulated 20ft ISO container, the system combines portability with practical site operation, offering a robust plug-and-play polymer system that supports fast installation, simplified maintenance and dependable chemical dosing performance across a range of temporary water treatment applications.

Standard Features

• Insulated and plastic lined 20ft ISO container.
• Aquazone temporary dosing systems hire equipment has the option to be fitted with remote monitoring, if the option is enabled this will allow the plant to be monitored remotely by Aquazone and notify or respond as necessary to any identified faults.
• A powdered polymer make-up system with an intuitive local control panel allowing users to easily calibrate the powder metering unit and liquid concentrate pump.
• Batching adjustment managed via a precise speed regulator. Conductivity level probes alert operators to high, low and critically low levels via emergency warning light.
• Processing of liquid polymer (0.05–1.0 %) and powdered polymers (0.05–0.5 %)
• Batching screw made entirely of stainless steel.
• Option to have 4 chemical dosing controls accessed via the control panel mounted HMI, Flow Proportional Diurnal, Fixed and Remote; for Flow Proportional a works flowmeter 4-20mA input is required by others, this signal can also be configured to allow lower and upper Fixed dosing to be enabled or inhibited.
• An IP67 400VAC 63A plug provided to connect to the site power supply.
• Optional portable self-contained emergency shower.
• Digital safe operations & maintenance manual along with OEM data sheets/manuals for the provided equipment and instruments.
