The AquaDose Polymer is designed to meet this wider operational need by providing a fully self-contained, temporary polymer make-up and dosing solution that can be deployed quickly when additional treatment capacity or emergency support is required. Housed within an insulated 20ft ISO container, the system combines portability with practical site operation, offering a robust plug-and-play polymer system that supports fast installation, simplified maintenance and dependable chemical dosing performance across a range of temporary water treatment applications.

A polymer system plays a critical role in modern water and wastewater treatment processes, helping operators improve solids separation, enhance clarification performance and optimise sludge handling efficiency. By accurately preparing and dosing polymer solutions, treatment sites can achieve more reliable floc formation, improved filtration performance and greater process stability during both planned maintenance and emergency operations. As treatment demands continue to increase, having a flexible and rapidly deployable polymer system is essential for maintaining operational continuity across municipal and industrial applications.
