AquaDose 2K

The AquaDose 2K duty standby dosing system is suitable for temporary and emergency applications requiring up to 2,000 litres of storage capacity, and is capable of safely dosing a variety of chemicals. The system is packaged within a 20ft ISO container. The container is insulated and plastic lined allowing the area to be easily cleaned and washed down if required. The system is designed to be a simple ‘Plug & Play’ temporary dosing system with repair & routine maintenance being covered under the Aquazone Hire Agreement.

Standard Features

• Insulated and plastic lined 20ft ISO container.
• Bunded 2,000 litres storage capacity, intermediary bulk containers utilised as bulk storage.
• The system is provided with a fill point and associated fill point panel.
• Polypropylene dosing cabinet resistant to a variety of chemicals. The cabinet is complete with secondary screening; doors are removable following safe isolation of the compartment.
• The AquaDose 2K can dose to a basic Diurnal or Flow Proportional via a 4-20mA input (Grundfos) or Fixed.
• An IP67 400VAC 63A plug provided to connect to the site power supply.
• Local area lighting, heating and ventilation is provided.
• Digital safe operations & maintenance manual along with OEM data sheets/manuals for the provided equipment and instruments
